For a mind as free as the ocean,
Imagination as limitless as the sky,
Heart as wild as the wild and
The spirit as unshakable as the earth

Raw materials (ingredients) are delivered just in time for production. When raw materials are received on site, they are inspected for cleanliness and quality then released to the storage area.
Ingredients are weighed and added to the mixer. The size of the batch is pre-planned to meet expected consumer demand.
The ingredients are then mixed together and the dough is formed. The dough is then removed from the mixer and transferred to the production line.
There are various ways to form biscuits from dough; including extruded, cut and moulded. For biscuits such as cookies, these are 'extruded' though a number of dies. For 'moulded' biscuits, the dough is forced into a mould, then removed from the mould before baking. Moulding allows various shapes, sizes and surface characteristics to be included in a product (e.g. 'hot choice, Makhan Bhog etc' lettering). These processes are done as the biscuits move continuously along conveyors and into the oven.
Product moves directly from cooling conveyers to the wrapping machines. Some products are hand packed into protective trays before being over wrapped. The packaging material is heat sealed around the product to prevent moisture absorption. A use by code or best before date is added at this stage.
Then the biscuits are baked to achieve a well-developed product with good colour & low moisture content, to provide for desired shelf life.
To maintain the highest quality, quality assurance personnel carry out regular checks from when we receive the ingredients right through to when they are sent out to the supermarkets as finished products. We also have certified food safety plans in place, through monitoring and controlling critical aspects of the process, to ensure food safety.
The finished packets are moved along a conveyer belt to be hand packed into cartons and loaded onto pallets for storage and distribution. He finished packets are moved along a conveyer belt to be hand packed into cartons and loaded onto pallets for storage and distribution.
Products are transported by truck to our C & F Authorised dealer, Stockiest etc. They are stored until ordered by supermarkets.
